Ahhh.....Mistakes

We all make mistakes; it's just a natural part of the learning process. All you can do is attempt to find a remedy for what happened. Take responsibility and be brave enough to ask for forgiveness, while knowing the other person or people involved my not be able to offer that to you at this time. Regardless, time does heal and you must find a way to forgive yourself. Forgiving of yourself is the only way to move on. You must be able to let go in order to let in. You do not help anyone; the person you hurt, yourself, or the community by holding onto something that does not nurture you. Learn from the mistake; take the time to contemplate, forgive and grow. The growth is the only way you help others and yourself to move forward and let go.
